A good relationship with Jesus is what every Christian should desire, because it makes one fulfilled. People are always looking for Jesus. But why are they looking for Him? They are looking for Jesus to solve their problems. Then after solving their problems what next? Christianity should not be a problem solving arena, where people exploit the generosity of God and then go their own ways. It should be a place where we find God and find peace.

In the gospel of today, we see people struggling to see Jesus so that He could perform miracles for them. Jesus in His usual attitude performs numerous miracles.

The fact remains that, after those miracles, what next? This is the time for us to reflect on why we need Jesus. Do we need Him only to solve our problems or do we need Him to make our lives better?

We need to have a more deeper and more purposeful devotion with Jesus, so that our lives will become better. Peace be with you.
