THEME: KNOWING WITH WHOM TO SHARE OUR TESTIMONIES

Every encounter we have with God must surely leave us with a testimony or message to share. Every word of God that is given to us concerning our destiny must not be doubted.

Moreover, the confirmation of God’s word in us and through us cannot happen unless we make a timely journey to or reach out to those whose destiny are tied to ours.

At times, we dash out our testimonies by sharing them with those who have no role to play in their manifestation. We even forget those messages or words that are meant to be the impetus for our unique life unfolding. Rather, we meddle with matters that have no bearing on our way forward.

We must pray that our spirit should direct us to those who can help us to ignite the fire of God in us and not to those who will quench it.

Following the message of angel Gabriel, Mary visited her cousin, Elizabeth. The greeting of Mary invoked the presence of the Holy Spirit in Elizabeth and the baby in her womb leaped for joy. Her exclamation confirmed and reaffirmed the message of the angel to Mary, and she began to sing songs of praise.

Likewise, God speaks to us every moment concerning what and all he wants to achieve through us. We must respond positively and not by doubt take his words for granted.

More so, whenever we gather or we hear the Lord speaking to us, we must not allow any world’s engagement to shift us from taking it home or following it up until it manifest. God works in us to will and to do.

Like Mary, may we enjoy divine visitation and may God’s merciful design for us come to fulfilment. Amen.
