*THEME: CALL TO LOVE*

It is a great privilege to be in the company of those who serve God. Spirit of devotion is a special gift from God.

The Lord said, ” You did not choose me. But I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide.”

However, having called us to himself, the Lord makes us his friends when we must have demonstrated love among ourselves. Though he chose us, he cannot bring us close to his heart unless we love the way he does.

Moreover, we gain access into God’s presence more by our actions than our prayers. The best of our prayers is the life style that grants us free pass into his presence where we experience deep joy which no man can take away from us. We shall be judged by how much we love.

May the Lord grant us the privilege to be counted among his friends, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
