Accl:- Psalm 103:21
Gosp:- John 1:47-51

The ARCHANGELS are the angels of the highest rank among the heavenly host.

It is soothing to know that we have angels who keep watch over us and help us to achieve the will of God in our lives.

St Michael, “who is like God?” is the prince of the Heavenly host. St Gabriel, ” The power of God” is like God’s secretary who also doubles as God’s public relations officer. He announces God’s plans to humanity. St Raphael, ” the healing of God,” ministers healing.

Calling on these angels means invoking the power of their mission and getting the benefits thereof. God makes himself manifest or present through the ministry of his angels.

As we celebrate these great angels today, let us implore them to minister unto us.

May St Michael defend us in our battles of life.

May St Gabriel help us to know God’s will in our lives.

May St Raphael communicate the healing power of God upon us in Jesus name.

Amen.
